Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once shipped, the product will arrive between 2-5 business days depending on your location.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, please send our customer support team an email at sales@trippielife.com with the subject “Return Request” and we’ll send you an address to send the products back to.

Psychedeliksociety will not provide refunds for any orders shipped to the incorrect shipping address. It is the customer’s responsibility to make certain that the shipping address is correct before submitting their order.

• You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• The product must be returned to receive a refund
• Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued
